Personal data that we process

Hoeve de Kromschutten processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without this consent, please contact us at esther@hoevedekromschutten.nl, and we will delete this information.


For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?

Hoeve de Kromschutten processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to provide our services
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products
  • Hoeve de Kromschutten analyzes your behavior on the website to improve the website and tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.
  • Hoeve de Kromschutten also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.


Automated decision-making

Hoeve de Kromschutten does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without human intervention (for example, an employee of Hoeve de Kromschutten).


How long we keep personal data

Hoeve de Kromschutten will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We retain the data in our accounting and CRM systems for at least 7 years, partly to comply with all our legal obligations. The above term applies unless we are legally obligated to retain and/or keep the data available for a longer period.

This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization you specify.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to esther@hoevedekromschutten.nl


To verify that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please redact your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
